Available to Admin and Owner roles at /audit-log.

What's logged

Every create, update, and delete across animals, species, enclosures, racks, clutches, pairings, lineages/COI, feedings, sheds, weight logs, sites, site permissions, users, alert rules, morph traits, share links, and animal transfers. Each entry shows who did it, when, what kind of record, and (for updates) the changed details.

Filtering

Filter by user, action (create / update / delete), entity type, and a date range. Results are paginated.

Use it for

• Tracing who changed a record and when, if something looks wrong.
• Reviewing staff activity at a multi-user or multi-site account.
• Confirming a bulk operation (import, transfer) completed as expected.
