Available to Admin and Owner roles at /audit-log.

What's logged

Every create, update, and delete across animals, species, enclosures, racks, clutches, pairings, lineages/COI, feedings, sheds, weight logs, cleanings, water checks, sites, site permissions, users, alert rules, morph traits, share links, animal transfers, and Home Assistant integrations/devices. Each entry shows who did it, when, what kind of record, and (for updates) the changed details.

Filtering

Filter by user, action (create / update / delete), entity type, and a date range. Results are paginated.

Use it for

• Tracing who changed a record and when, if something looks wrong.
• Reviewing staff activity at a multi-user or multi-site account.
• Confirming a bulk operation (import, transfer) completed as expected.
